爆炒肉

材料:
花肉 1条 (切块)
蒜头 10粒 (连衣拍扁,备用)

做法:
1. 爆香蒜头然后倒入花肉大火炒到干,然后放黑酱油调色,放1小匙糖和2小匙生抽,继续炒均匀炒到你觉得够的时候再放2小匙生抽和2小匙糖炒一下就可以了
