人工香料 = Artificial Food Flavouring




八角 = Star Anise / Bunga Lawang











小豆蔻 / 柚子粒 = Cardamom / Buah Pelaga







石古仔 = Candlenut / Buah Keras





丁香 = Clove / Bunga Cengkih









肉桂 = Cinnamon / Kayu manis








小茴香 / 孜然 = Cumin / Jintan Putih / Jintan Kasar








大茴香 = Fennel / Jintan Manis / Jintan Halus









茴香子 = Anise








芫茜籽 = Coriander Seeds / Biji Ketumbar











五香粉 = Five Spice Powder (Combination of five spices; star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, and fennel)
