“素食”KFC

Shared by Janet Choong:“今天的晚餐做了这道最近很红的“素食”KFC,真的很好吃哦!”
















材料:
杏鲍菇 - 3只(选大的,做起来才有鸡腿的视觉)

调味料:
生抽 5汤匙, 麻油 1汤匙
盐,胡椒粉 适量
脆炸粉:
粟粉 5汤匙
面粉 2汤匙
粘米粉 1汤匙
适量 盐、胡椒粉、咖喱粉、辣椒粉、孜然粉 Cumin powder、五香粉、盐、素G粉(素食味精)

蛋 - 2粒(打散)

做法:
1. 杏鲍菇洗净,头部切开(看照片或Video),腌一会。(不用太久,太久很咸)
2. 杏鲍菇里外完整均匀粘上粉,然后蛋液,再沾粉,整形,中火炸至金黄。

Oregano Leaves - 2tbsp
Parsley leave - 1tbsp
Cayenne Pepper Ground - 2tsp (辣椒粉)
Salt - 3/4 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1tbsp
Plain Flour 3 cups

Light Soya sauce 3/4cup
Seaseme oil - 1tbsp
