酥香咸蛋鸡🍃

酥香咸蛋鸡

鸡腿两只去骨切小块,腌三小时(盐,胡椒粉,麻油,粟粉,面粉。。都是agak-agak的)。。腌好的鸡腿油炸至金黄及熟。。锅里留油炒香咸蛋黄(三粒)和咖哩叶。。再把鸡肉倒入,下点鸡精粉和糖调味拌匀即可
